This is a very good motel, close to the seashore and highly recommended

Sorry guys but your unit was below standard. Yes great location and was clean but basic stuff like cupboard in front of microwave broken and had to hold door up when used, shower rail stuck high, jug wont turn off automatically, heating below par for early winter stay as unit got cold during the night, toilet seat lid cracked. Easy stuff to fix but suspect has been like that for a while.

ロケーションは、波止場に近く、良いレストランやお店も利用しやすくとても良い。50分ほど早く着きましたが、チェックインもOKでありがたかった。 程よい大きさのバスタブもあり、バスルームの明るさも気持ちよかったのですが、シャワーとバスタブへの切り替え栓がうまくいかなかったのと、ジャグジーのボタンも壊れていたのが残念でした。

A less than favourable experience, would not stay again at this establishment. Room allocated was tucked away in corner with only a small window. Fridge never functioned, stench from sewer vent into the room was vile as it is located just outside the units door in the garden. Service of unit was average at best. We were asked if we wanted new towels by people servicing we we advised we did, their response indicated that did not please them! Upon return bed looked like it had been made by a six year old! Really average... units are generally tired and the bifold doors to bathroom are a poor solution and function badly. For the fee charged and the way motel is advertised it is substandard at best. We have and do travel widely this was not a pleasant stay, would not recommend.

The first thing we noticed upon entering the unit was the dirty marks on the carpet. We noticed there was no iron or ironing board and we don't know if one was available as there was no compendium or information about the motel. We asked for the room to be serviced on the second day and this was eventually done later in the afternoon, however, that consisted of the bed cover being roughly pulled up with the sheets not tucked in and new towels thrown on the bed. We couldn't believe how bad it looked when we came back to our room. The rubbish bins hadn't been emptied but we did notice a bath mat and hand towel in the bathroom which we didn't have the day before. All in all it was a very average experience and expect better for the price. I will stay elsewhere when I go back to Akaroa.

well not a bad place but would have liked fresh milk instead of small pottles of milk most places ive stayed at have small packets of biscuits to have with your cup of tea after have a long drive to relax no biscuits . bed was very uncomfortable bed had broken springs and clean but not really clean bed linen was old and worn so only give it a 1,5 out 5 stars sorry

rooms smell, damp

The unit we had was clean however there was clay and a pile of leaves outside the front door, the venetian blind on the door was hanging in shreds, a pile of rubbish and rubbish bags directly outside our lounge window meant we had to keep the blinds pulled.

Property was an older style hotel but good and easily walkable to the center of town, Parking was a bit tight,
